Vouchers of any kind cannot be exchanged for cash. The period of validity of vouchers is specified on the voucher itself and must be redeemed or exchanged no later than five years from the date of issue. Hausschachen GmbH will not issue a replacement for lost vouchers of any kind.

Should the voucher ordered online have already been sent to the contracting party before the payment due for it has been received or credited to Hausschachen GmbH, the voucher shall not be valid until full payment has been made, and Hausschachen GmbH shall be entitled to withhold the services specified in the voucher until the fee due for it has been paid in full.

The contracting party is solely responsible for correctly entering/providing the data in the online form provided for the purpose of transmitting the purchased voucher. If the voucher could not be delivered correctly solely because the contracting party entered or provided incorrect or incomplete data, the contracting party shall have no legal entitlement to have the voucher sent again.

When purchasing a voucher online, the contracting party has the right to cancel the purchase within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.
